Dubai Energy, Part 2

I’d like to briefly revisit how I felt Dubai worked out for me financially.

In addition to my spiritual side, I’m also a businesswoman, and I love entrepreneurship; I love opportunities, I love taking risks, I love coming up with ideas, seizing opportunities, but also standing firm on business matters—sometimes drawing a line where you think, “Yes, that feels right.” And I also believe you can combine spirituality with wealth. Because who says that if you’re spiritual, you can’t be rich or that you can’t love beautiful clothes?

Personally, I think that’s nonsense, but of course everyone has their own view on this, and this is mine. I think the two can be combined very well, because I believe that as an earthly person, as an earthly being, I can also have an earthly experience. And in my case, that includes my obsession with beautiful cars. But it also includes developing my spiritual gifts, such as communicating with animals and with people who have passed away. So yes, I believe that spirituality and wealth can definitely go hand in hand and that they don’t have to be mutually exclusive.

Anyway, so I was there in Dubai, really soaking up that energy, and I’d actually hoped to close a business deal there or connect with people who would give me another opportunity in the business world. And I actually had a completely different idea in mind—like affiliate marketing or a passive income—because that’s what I’m really looking for right now: a passive income.

Anyway, my time in Dubai was up, my flight was leaving, and I thought, “Oh well, too bad—I didn’t make it. I didn’t get what I really wanted.”

But during my trip, I suddenly decided that I wanted to go to a dog café—and I don’t really know how that idea just popped into my head, but ALL OF A SUDDEN it hit me. I want to go to a dog café in Dubai, and I’m going to talk about animal communication there. So I was sitting there on that little terrace and I thought, yeah, I’ll just post that I’m in Dubai and that I’m going to stop by a dog café next week to talk about animal communication. So if you’d like to learn more about that, come on over to that café.

I tagged the café in my post, and that very afternoon I got a message from them: “How nice that you’re coming—when do you plan to stop by? I’ll let the owner know.” A really nice conversation followed. And of course, it was really just marketing for myself, but those people reacted so positively to my visit that I thought, “Wow, this is fun.” So little by little, I’d post every now and then that I was going there, and I stayed in touch with those people. And it became clearer and clearer which day I’d go and at what time.

It also quickly became clear to me that the woman from the dog café already had a client lined up for me. She asked, “When are you coming? Because that client would like a consultation and wants to know how much it costs.”

The moment had arrived, and I really had a fantastic time. I was welcomed with open arms; everyone was so happy that I was there—that customer was already there and had money with him: dirhams.

And while I was there, the woman at the dog café asked, “How late are you staying? Because there’s someone else on her way who’d really like to see you, too.” I replied, “I have plenty of time, so just let her come—I’ll wait for her.”

And while I was waiting for that woman, another couple from South America came in; the woman was very shy, so I talked a lot with her husband, but she was sitting there and listening intently. At one point, without daring to look at me, she said, “I saw that you were coming, and I told my husband, ‘Come on, let’s get in the car now, because she’s here—I really want to experience this.’” How special!

I got to know people there; I talked to them about what they think of life in Dubai and how long they’ve been living there. Most of them have been living there for nine or ten years and have seen it change, but also seen it improve. They’ve seen how things have improved to become what they are today, and also when it comes to animals—how animals are treated now and how things are getting better and better. That’s really fantastic, of course—especially for me as an animal communicator, and for the animals themselves.

So I really enjoyed those two hours I actually spent there. I got to give healings to the dogs, and I gained three new clients. And when I was back on the plane a little while later, I thought, gosh, I had actually hoped for—and expected—a business deal.

And I’d left it up to the universe, but I did picture myself sitting somewhere in a café, chatting with the people around me and making connections with them—though I saw it in a very practical way, not so much from a spiritual perspective. And on the plane, it actually dawned on me: this is what the universe has given me, which probably suits me much better than what I thought I wanted to receive. So you see, in the moment itself, you think, “This isn’t what I got,” but actually, it is. Much more than that—much more valuable!

And how amazing is that? So always stay open to magic, always stay open to whatever feels right for you, and keep that openness. Let the Universe give you a little bit of what it thinks you need. And you can certainly guide that process.

And maybe I should have been even more specific, and maybe I could have gotten both. But that sudden thought on the terrace—“You have to go to a dog café”—was just so magical, and I knew: I’m going to do this more often, because I travel a lot, I’m abroad a lot, and I love it. So for my next trip: a dog café in Milan—which, by the way, doesn’t exist, but I did go looking for one—it didn’t work out because there really isn’t one there.

But my upcoming trip is to London. And that’s what I’m going to focus on now—making connections there as well. Because the world of an animal communicator is universal, and time and space don’t exist.

And neither are language barriers. Because I even made contact with a little dog from Colombia, and someone helped me translate from English to Spanish. So there are always possibilities—and even more so these days.

So, no matter where you decide to seize your opportunities.

It’s only getting better, and that, of course, is amazing—especially for me as an animal communicator and for the animals themselves.

And on that flight, I realized: this is what the universe gave me—probably something that suits me much better than what I thought I wanted.

So you see, in the moment you might think, “I didn’t get what I asked for.” But in reality, you did— andmore. With much more value.

And how magical is that? So always stay open to magic. Stay open to what’s right for you, and leave room for the Universe to send you what it thinks you need. You can guide it, of course.

And maybe I should have been more specific—maybe then I could have had both. But that flash of insight on that terrace—you need to go to a dog café—thatwas so magical, and I knew: I’m going to do this more often. Because I travel a lot, I spend a lot of time abroad, and I love it. So for my next trip, I searched for a dog café in Milan. Turns out there isn’t one—but I really looked!

So now, my next trip is to London. That’s where I’ll focus my attention next—building connections there as well. Because the world of an animal communicator is universal. Time and space don’t exist.
