Living in a Daze
In last week’s motivational post, I briefly touched on this: living in a state of euphoria. How you can recapture that moment and carry that feeling with you for the rest of your day—and maybe even your week. It puts you on a different frequency, which means you’ll attract more of that frequency. Read it and get inspired on how to do that!
But let’s get back to this blog post: living in a daze. You may have read that I was going to do something completely out of my comfort zone, but something I really enjoy. I—or rather, my ego—love being in the spotlight; put me on a stage and I’ll sweep the whole audience along with me. It’s wonderful! I can really enjoy that. And yes, that’s definitely my ego speaking. I’m sure you have those ego moments yourself, but that’s just my earthly self.
And that one is pretty good, too.
I’m allowed to keep that, too, because I’m here on Earth to experience all of this. Anyway, my dream is actually to stand in front of people, to perform—one of my role models is definitely Tyler Henry, a medium from the U.S. What he does is fantastic. But not everyone likes it—some people are skeptical, while others think it’s amazing. Luckily, there are all kinds of people and opinions! I still have a long way to go before I achieve something like that, but you have to start somewhere.
I recently spoke with a psychic, and she told me I should start doing live readings. “Come along with me sometime and just give it a try,” she said. Everything in me was screaming, “No!” But there was also a little voice inside me saying, “I’m going to do it!”
And even though I had plenty of excuses for why I shouldn’t go, I finally made up my mind because my ego thought this sounded way too much fun!
I was so nervous—I’d practiced quite a bit in the days leading up to it, doing a few consultations. I’d made preparations by purchasing promotional materials and figuring out how to set everything up, but I also made sure to get some rest in the days leading up to it—and then the day finally arrived!
The doors to the fair opened, and just 15 minutes after it started, the first two women were already sitting in front of me, and I’d interacted with no fewer than three animals in the space of half an hour. It was a steady stream; I could feel the energy, and their tears were flowing too. It was such a special experience, and before I knew it, at least 12 people had stopped by, and it was already 4:45 p.m. I went nonstop, took two bathroom breaks, and quickly wolfed down a slice of apple pie. My nerves had turned into strength and love for all the animals. I was able to share so many messages! And now, now the owners can put them into practice; a whole new world has opened up for some of them; I was able to practice and be of service, and I’m really looking forward to the next live reading!
Stepping out of your comfort zone means growing! Challenge yourself and enjoy the journey!
With love,
Priscilla
Living in a Daze
In last week’s motivation post, I already touched on this briefly: living in a daze. How you can recall that moment and carry that state with you for the rest of your day, maybe even your whole week. You probably have those little ego moments yourself, too. But that’s part of my earthly self, and that’s okay.
That part is allowed to exist as well.
Because I’m here on earth to experience all of this.
