The season of letting go, of turning inward, and of nature showing you that letting go can also be beautiful. <\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">The trees don&#8217;t struggle to let go of their leaves. They simply let them fall. Without a fight. Without looking back. And yet they remain standing.    <\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">What can you let go of this season?<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">Maybe it\u2019s a habit that no longer suits you. A relationship that drains your energy. A version of yourself that you\u2019ve held onto for too long because it felt safe.  <\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">Fall doesn&#8217;t ask you to make big changes. It asks you to be honest\u2014about what nourishes you and what drains you, and about who you are when you stop trying to prove yourself and are simply allowed to be yourself.   <\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">This is the season for finding your true self.<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">Do less. Feel more. Say \u201cno\u201d more often so that \u201cyes\u201d really means something.  <\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">Light a candle. Pour yourself a cup of hot tea.
